Rocks in Nebraska







Top photo: Indian Lookout or Frog's Head Bluff. If a person climbs up to the top of this lookout, you can see Chimney Rock in the distance.
Other photos: Ancient Bluff Ruins (named by the Mormon pioneers). Wilford Woodruff wrote the following in his journal May 22, 1847:
The Bluffs on our rout to day have presented the most singular natural senery that I ever beheld in my travels on the earth. It has the greatest appearance of the old walls & ruins of the castles of Europe...
